It is free to try on the hosiery at home and return them within 7 days if you are not happy with them. You will only be charged for the shipping of the hosiery to you. If you decide to keep the hosiery, you will pay full price for the product. Orders may be subject to a temporary preauthorization during the trial period.

Currently, Try Before You Buy is only available in the United States.

Your 7-day trial begins the day your hosiery is delivered.

For Try Before You Buy orders, you are able to try one product at a time.

For the best Try Before You Buy experience, have clean hands, smooth nails, and no sharp jewllery. Wear our exclusive complimentary cotton hosiery gloves that are included with each pantyhose purchase to better your efforts in preserving the beauty of your pantyhose.

Remove the hosiery from the pink box and unfold it. Jambes En L'Air customers have the right to unbox the product and thoroughly inspect the items for any imperfections before trying them on.

Put one hand in the hosiery, and pull the tights carefully to your arm to see if the pantyhose is the right shade of nude for you without stretching them out. For hygiene reasons, the product cannot be tried on the legs.

You will only be charged if you decide to keep your hosiery. If you do not ship your hosiery back to us using the free return within the 7 days trial period, your credit card will be charged for the cost of the product.

If you need to exchange an item, simply return the current product you have and order the new item using Try Before You Buy. Our system currently doesn't support directly exchanging items currently.
If you would like to compare both items, you can request an extension on your trial period while you wait for the new item(s) to arrive.

Absolutely not! The return shipping is on us. Print your free shipping label through the return portal after your hosiery arrives.

There is no obligation to purchase. Simply ship your hosiery back to us.You will receive an email before the trial ends reminding you to ship back your hosiery if you do not want them.
You will be able to print a free shipping label through the return portal once your hosiery arrives.

After your order is delivered, you have 7 days to return your product if you are not satisfied.
1. Once your order is delivered, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to access your account.
2. Click "Process Returns" and select the item you would like to return.
3. Select your reason for returning.
4. Print the free return shipping label provided through your email and attached it to your return package.
5. Pack the hosiery carefully in the original packaging, including the brochure and cotton hosiery gloves. Also, include the original packing slip inside.
6. Drop your package off at your nearest post office or shipping facility, and we will take care of the rest. We will be notified by the carrier that your return is on the way, and you will not be charged.

Please note:
Returns will not be accepted if they are not shipped back to us within the 7-day trial period. We will not accept hosiery that is returned damaged, used, or soiled. Accessories that are an integral part of the finished product, such as our brochure and cotton hosiery gloves, must also be returned. A return cannot be accepted if the brochure and gloves are missing.
